Tested out a new recipe that I made up!
preheat oven at 425 degrees
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
1 table spoon of cream cheese
sea salt- just a pinch
few shakes of nutritional yeast
melt and fold/combine
beat one egg and combine 1/2 cup of almond flower
combine and fold
roll out dough and cut out bun shapes. Roll the bottoms thinner than the tops
Poke holes for venting and bake for 6 min. Brush or rub on butter and bake for another 6 min.
