Low carb, no sugar hamburger buns!
Tested out a new recipe that I made up!
preheat oven at 425 degrees
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
1 table spoon of cream cheese
sea salt- just a pinch
few shakes of nutritional yeast
melt and fold/combine
beat one egg and combine 1/2 cup of almond flower
combine and fold
roll out dough and cut out bun shapes. Roll the bottoms thinner than the tops
Poke holes for venting and bake for 6 min. Brush or rub on butter and bake for another 6 min.

I didn’t do the top or bottom. I added the moon, night sky and some branch details
3 cups shredded mozzarella, 1.5 tablespoons of cream cheese, 1.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1.5 teaspoon black pepper. Melted in double boiler.
1.5 eggs wisked, 136.2 grams almond flour, added to melted cheese.
rolled thin, vent holes poked, bake for 6 min at 425, check and bake for another 6 or until golden brown.
